On September 12th, 2023, once again, we had a pleasure to invite the pupils from Janusz Korczak’s Elementary School in Krąplewiceto a joint water monitoring activity of a nearby water reservoir.
The younger pupils involved in the eco-friendly activity, dedicated their time to clean the area around the school and showed real determination in collecting garbage and taking care of cleanliness. The older pupils however, went to Stelchno lake, where under the care of Bartłomiej Matysiak, Agri Plus Quality and Environmental Protection Manager, and Anna Iwanicka-Pawłowicz, Quality and Agri Plus Environmental Protection Specialist, they monitored the temperature, oxygenation, acidification and turbidity of water. After the tests, the pupils went on to clean the beach and part of a nearby forest.
At the end of a busy day, they were provided meal. Both: the kids and the adults tasted hot-dogs from our Hot-Dog truck called Berlinkowóz. This was not the only surprise though, as every participant of the event received a small gift from Agri Plus.
Great atmosphere and joy of the children and youth always strenghten
our conviction that it is worth engaging the young generation in activities that build and widen the eco-awareness.
