In connection with the obligations arising from the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter: “GDPR”, we would like to provide you with basic information about the use of personal data for individual (indicated below) categories of persons.
Regardless of the category of data subjects, the Administrator of Personal Data of all personal data within the meaning of the GDPR are jointly companies of the Smithfield Polska Group, bound by a co-administration agreement, hereinafter: Joint Administrators.
