WE monitor water purity

Taking care of our planet and the natural environment are activities that have become a permanent part of the functioning of Agri Plus. As a company, we have been involved in events aimed at educating and spreading pro-environmental attitudes among young people for many years. On May 20, 2023 Together with the Kętrzyn County Office, we have traditionally been a partner of an ecological campaign organized for local youth.

Students from Kętrzyn and guests from Ełk, under the supervision of Anna Iwanicka – Pawłowicz, Agri Plus quality and environmental protection specialist, and Bartłomiej Matysiak, Agri Plus quality and environmental protection manager, carried out water monitoring, checking the purity of Lake Siercze. They monitored water temperature, oxygenation, pH and turbidity. During the ecological picnic, there was also a cleaning campaign in the surrounding forests, in which the Forest Districts and the PZŁ Hunting Clubs were involved.

Supporting environmental protection campaigns is extremely important to us, and events such as water monitoring show that children and young people are very sensitive and willing to engage in pro-ecological activities that are combined with acquiring reliable knowledge!
